Whether you are in London for pleasure beringelados or for professional shopping in Notting Hill is a must see destination. Ledbury Road is probably the street with the highest concentration of child stores in London: Caramel baby & child, Petit Aime, Burberry, I love gorgeous, Marie-Chantal Petit Bateau; a nice assortment of Franco-English. Just moved to the top of the street beringelados a shop of a new kind, as beautiful as its neighbors and just as big if not more, on two floors. If he competes level product assortment and visual presentation, it's not really compete in price because as it is a charity beringelados store, thrift store, beringelados or as they say in the US. I've never seen one so beautiful ... The chic moms are shopping in stores from the street or they are buying a 150 dresses that are found after a few seasons with Fara, has 15 pounds. Um hello! ... No Lambda is not dead but how you say it a little chained bad fortunes last week. Chips and Beeer

One of my favorite swop fish, too often underestimated and ignored! But how not to be seduced by this magnificent fish in iridescent blue-green backs, zebra rafters and dark colors and pearly white belly, the succulent flesh ...
Readily available swop on the stalls rich in Omega 3 (promotes physical energy, increases mental tone, helps to fight against overweight, improves diabetes, protects the cardiovascular system, fight against cancer etc ...) Economic: about 5 a kilo!
I adapted a recipe found in the "Delicious" magazine proposed by Chef Peter Gordon. Originally from New Zealand, established in the UK, executive chef of the restaurant: The Providores in London and author of several books including "Peter Gordon's World Kitchen", "Fusion: A Culinary Journey".

I agree with you that fish is too often ignored when it is delicious. swop I confess that I never prepare at home simply because I do not know how to prepare. So thank you for your very simple recipe that I'm sure will inspire more than one! October 18, 2010 at 8:47 AM Anonymous said ...

In view of this magical moment, I could not resist a dessert that will take a moment of anthology b

The Modern Pantry..ou "Pantry modern" ... is in two elegant Georgian buildings one of which was in the past a steel foundry and the other a town hall. The building style is a set of various successive trends in architecture in Britain under the kings George I, II and III, which is characterized by high brick buildings, started by white windows blocked by iron balconies forged.
On the first floor of what this property is an elegant dining room overlooking the magnificent St John and the ground floor a better place for lunches or breakfasts, pikom pc fair 2013 but also for a dinner "less smart". pikom pc fair 2013 I must admit I was apprehensive coming in a place as "hip" and known for its fusion cuisine because generally I do not like these completely improvised associations, these dishes that I would call bastards with nicks mixtures pikom pc fair 2013 of Thai cuisine, Indian, South American with European products. I get out of here ... and febrile totally dazzled.
Anna Hansen pikom pc fair 2013 considered one of the chief women tops Britain even published a recipe book. Born in Canada she then spent his youth in New Zealand where she was raised by her family in an atmosphere rather influenced by the Danish culinary culture. pikom pc fair 2013 After a trip to India and Thailand, she came to London in 1992 where she worked first at the French House of Ferguson Henderson, then in 1998 became a pastry at the Sugar Club in Soho to finally participate in the launch of the nominee The Providores and Tapa Room. In 2008 she embarked on the adventure alone The Modern Pantry. An almost Scandinavian interior, somewhat minimalist, white, sometimes gray walls blades, wood floors also in the tones of a few paintings on the walls, white tablecloths, candles, atmosphere close to a beautiful table in Copenhagen. You feel welcome right away, and waited almost like in a private home but with an almost pikom pc fair 2013 festive atmosphere. A balance between "chic" casual reaching its apogee in the matter.
Map "of the day" (dated ... which portends the daily changing dishes) is absolutely incredible. Normally I quickly pikom pc fair 2013 make up my mind about what would make me happy, but tonight I have three times the revisit list of dishes. I have not found a dish I would not want to taste. It is with almost tears in her eyes that I had to remove some plates and eventually to much frustration, sadly choose my dishes ... I can not describe to you the map in its entirety, but when you read what is proposed, everything seems on the special paper. The question that immediately arises is "do a nice list of words / flat," in my face ... or I'm finally in a special place? Well this is ... it's all simply exceptional ... A meal of three dishes simply divine. To start stuffed calamari morcilla, potatoes & miso, lemon, braised with cherry tomatoes, bread crumbs yuzu, near a fruit acid tangerine. Imagine a pretty simple dish in his appearance with three squids of remarkable tenderness, the taste of wood fire, stuffed with "this Spanish sausage" almost dried up giving one side a little crunch in the mouth with a non-acidic tomato sauce , Asian perfumes, ginger probably lemongrass and covered delicately ruccola. pikom pc fair 2013 Finally a flat without a separate origin, a little Italian, a little Spanish, a little Asian ... but definitely pikom pc fair 2013 a masterly achievement. But that was only the beginning ....
For the main course, a confit of Barbary duck, saffron, poppy spatzle, mango, fennel and dandelion salad, roasted red peppers and cilantro. I guess reading thoughtful leave you ... but believe me ... .A puts beyond all expectations. Already pikom pc fair 2013 duck, it is not candied box but a preparation house. The spatzle are thin, with perfect consistent. Vegetables on poultry are cooked to second, giving a fresh and crunchy side to plate. I almost forgot to say that there is no trace of fat in this dish as often confit bathed without the fat. The juice is slightly sweet with mango and fennel plant and brings a fine touch to the dish. A memorable dish again.

I brainstormed, quibbling, finassé, oscillated, dithered, and full of complicated freecycle wirral words on the phrase with which to begin, and did I should not follow this new trend of all in lower case, or reject any form of punctuation fuck kind codes, or start with a big word, a cash and shocking thing, the "vagina" style and then rattling around my style, freecycle wirral my pen, my signature, my self, and then finally, j 'I gave up and ate a blank.
I decided to stop lying to say that I was in London to see a show, a psychic or East London channels (although check, check and check): I went to tuck . And that's it.
Lima, Peru, beautiful. I have the impression of eating tables. On the colors, we were great friends, Virgilio - el jefe, and me. The rest, much less. Ceviche, tiger's milk, salmon, artichokes, hake, grilled corn, pimientos, vitelottepotatoes, blah blah blah, full of lovely things freecycle wirral but very forgettable. Finally, there was a bit reconciling over the dessert. Chocolate Ganache, tapioca, olive oil, sea salt (without fault, though difficult to make a mistake on it), chocolate, spices (over a square of chocolate a dessert but agree you can stay) , Turkish delight ice cream, chocolate shortbread (I just present my parents). The next day level enhancement.
It is not there to string beads Yotam Ottolenghi on. This brilliant Israeli chef (whose deputy freecycle wirral manager at Nopi is ... Palestine) and its net kitchen, addictive and regressive, on this new wave of bar room where on-ne-sait-pas-trop-combien-d-assiettes-il-faut-prendre-alors-dans-le-doute-on-va-en-prendre-beaucoup, knows exactly what he does. Despite his magician airs of Mediterranean cuisine, everything works pretty darn well. Eggplant slices of black garlic, chili, beans, basil to fall, dahl and bergamot oil, the wedding of the year, a dizzying mix beet, za'atar and labneh a burrata uphill but with clementine and coriander seeds, full of different and miso bean, love, suave (we do not grant them a little sex adjectives poor) Brussels sprouts with maple syrup and candied shallots, lemon baby chickens freecycle wirral cooked two d one (again, freecycle wirral excuse my word choice) indescribable tenderness ... formidable series of "oh" and "ah". We ended on bold croquettes ricotta and red fruit compote, hallucinating, and pana cotta with tofu ... that does not pretend to be a tofu panna cotta. It swings, it's jazz, it java, and especially what we're good.
Since it was "at freecycle wirral least least eight thousand," I had, to my dismay, my pool barter against tea at The Connaught. Mercy. However, I understood better why Hélène Darroze had abandoned us to this little freecycle wirral piece of pleasure: big eight chairs so we could put the six-time but hey, it's chic, tea rather very good, diamonds (chocolate sea salt , vanilla and pistachio) dredgers. Cosytude uptight. I slip Providores a "tapa room" in the middle of nowhere freecycle wirral because it's his place, a rascal, scoundrel - little chap who told all London mouths that oh-my-god-it-s-amazing while IS NOT GOOD. It starts in every sense it's too much or not enough taste, it's bad, and annoyingly. This is the irritant top of the class while he is stupid. Both say that on leaving it was already afternoon tea (my biological clock is I'm hungry - I'm not hungry), so ... Albion! Deli / cafe / tea room / pastry / bakery / restaurant ... cozy, nice, cozy, comforting. THE scone pastry chef Mathieu Cauty.
Simply the papillonnage, good talk. This gives you a good lesson, that good that you nailed the beak while giving you wanna sing this good makes your happy and delightful ignorance, mischievous and insatiable. That night at the Kitchen Table, I knew nothing. And I liked it.
Cross Bubbledogs whose card is developed by James Knappett: Champagne and hot dogs, high wire, open the velvet curtain and down the last few steps that separate you from the first day of the rest of your life you are. Nineteen freecycle wirral stools around James, the chef, Linda, his lover, sommelier, and his team. Small contemplation of silence, and then this indefinable sense of pride to be there.
A slate wall reminds this delightful menu on construction paper cut hand that wisely waiting for you in your place with this little victorious air of one who knows that he has already won, and unveil one word per dish. For wine, Linda, we trust you (and there best decision of my life). Dish dish is a wealth of know-it-better-than-you-what-you-love-then-shut up, what did that say-I-do-now-sera- not to the
